I offer a service. Are you capable of doing it yourself? Sure, just like you are capable of changing a tire yourself. But maybe you would rather somebody else dealt with it, and that is what I do. That is the core of the service industry – all the pretty stuff is just extra.

I am neutral. I don`t care if your aunt Elisabeth doesn`t like me because we decided against the cupcakes made by your neighbor`s daughter. I don`t have to deal with a family feud. It can be a great relief to you to ba able to blame everything on the crazy wedding planner. That`s OK with me – really, as long as YOU are happy.

I see the big picture. During planning one can become fixated on tiny little things and not see the forest for the trees. “OMG, I was so focused on the table numbers that I forgot to order the cutlery.” I can think rationally about every aspect of the event because it isn`t my wedding.

I am not a guest. Your guests should enjoy every second of your wedding. I may shed a tear or two, but I am there to make sure the caterer is serving the food, the DJ is ready to rock the crowd and nobody is thirsty because of a slow service team. You don`t have to spend a moment worrying about me having a good time – trust me, I am.

I am your buffer. I have this crazy idea in my head that couples should enjoy their wedding day. But this is kind of impossible if everybody runs to you with tiny catastrophes when you just want to soak it all up and enjoy every moment. It is my job to make sure that you have as many happy moments as possible by dealing with the catastrophes myself.

I do lots of weddings. Sadly there is an ugly truth about the wedding industry – nasty vendors sometimes offer poor service. They may believe they don`t have to impress you as you’ll probably only get married once and they won`t have to work with you again. But the vendors want to impress me: They can profit from me recommending them to many new clients. This is why I provide vendors to you that deliver the right quality for your money.

I always have your best interests in mind. The caterer left the venue in chaos? I clean it up. The renting firm forgot the generator? I handle that. The table cloths have strange stains? I take photos so that you get an refund and do everything possible to get them clean again. I give the vendors their last payment so that you don´t have to have any distraction from your happiness. You are MY couple: Your happiness is my goal.
